iPadOS is a mobile operating system created by Apple for its iPad line of devices. It is a rebranded variant of iOS, and introduced in 2019 as iPadOS 13.

As of May 2026, iPadOS 15, 16, 17, 18, and 26 appear to be receiving security fixes. Apple occasionally backports critical security fixes to older iPadOS versions, but such fixes are not guaranteed.
