Support for Zerto always require an active maintenance contract.

There are two phases of support: a General Support phase, with bug and security fixes, and a Critical Support phase, with only critical bug and security fixes. Once the Critical Support phase ends, the release each its End of Support Life (EOSL) and is no longer supported.
